 The first match of the inaugural Women’s Premier League going to held in DY Patil stadium in Mumbai will be delayed by half an hour. The match was supposed to be start at 7:30 PM and Toss at 7PM but the WPL has announced that toss will take place at 7:30 PM and Match will start at 8 PM.

The Inaugural match between Gujarat Giants and Mumbai Indians will be delayed by half an hour. Both the captains are very excited for the game. Beth Mooney said, there is pressure on herself to go out and perform, you can’t perform if you say you don’t have any pressure. Harmaanpreet Kaur, the Mumbai Indians said that she will make the young players comfortable and help them in every aspect of the game. She reminded how Mithali Raj former Indian captain and jhulan Goswami fast bowler made her comfortable in early days.
